1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of delays due to high order volume, stock issues, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely delivery across India.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary based on courier service, weather conditions, strikes, or unexpected delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete the order.
  • Orders above a certain value may be eligible for free shipping (if applicable).
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include an additional handling fee.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s tracking page.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or recipient unavailability may result in delivery failure.
  • In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order.
  • If the order is not accepted or delivery fails due to customer reasons, the package may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply for second delivery attempts.

7. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:

  1. Do not accept the delivery.

  3. We will coordinate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement if applicable.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Jol Chhabi ships within India only.
International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
