1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
- To cancel, please contact our support team immediately at ” jolchhabisarees@gmail.com ” with your order number.
- If the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
- Customers may, however, initiate a return request after delivery (as per the Return Policy), if applicable.
2. Return-Based Refunds
Refunds are eligible only for items approved under our Return & Exchange Policy, such as:
- Wrong product delivered
- Size mismatch (unused & with original tags)
- Manufacturing defect
- Damaged product received
Conditions for Refund Eligibility:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Once the returned item passes quality inspection, a refund will be initiated.
3. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for cancellation or refund:
- Items purchased during sale or discount periods
- Items marked as “non-returnable”
- Customized or altered clothing
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
4. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality checks.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.
5. Failed or Reversed Transactions
If a payment fails but the amount is debited from your bank account, it will automatically be refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days.
